The shell on this product was hard plastic and uncomfortable, but we were determined to try. The vibration was weak, and it seemed to have a short somewhere. It stopped operating after only a few minutes and I had to tap the control against my hand to get it to work. The elastic bands were complicated and flimsy, and in the reverse position;(positioned in the rear)it was worthless.
