The shorter nylon straps are adjustable in length and have an interlocking clip on them (like the bed straps and cuffs) letting you to use them as extenders, allowing movement between the bed straps and the cuffs or to force certain positions. Ex: Attach wrist cuffs to the upper bed strap in the stationary clips, attach the ankle cuffs to the shorter nylon straps and then clip the short strap into the sliding clip on the upper bed strap, securing the wrists against the bed and forcing the legs in the air. This product is definitely worth the price and easy to use. The cuffs are comfortable and the entire ensemble seems to be well-made and durable. Use part of the restaints or all of them depending on your comfort level. Valuable product for beginners and experienced users.
