This dildo is very flexible (not stiff). The texture is okay and it is soft but the only stiffness comes from it's thickness. Due to its lack of flexibility, this is not a do-it-to-yourselfer toy. Also, like other have mentioned, the UR3 compound does smell bad. It is a very chemical odor that would be very hard to get used to. I am not sure if it will go away.
