This is a rather large toy. It is very smooth and the head feels delicious going in and out of your anus. It stretches enough to give you that "ooh" feeling without the "ouch". This is a very fun toy. Its a bit squishy so has some play in width. Even for the ones that cant take advantage of its full length, dont worry, its still a great toy.
